None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties is present.

Order dated 22^nd October, 2013 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balangir in C.M.C. No.163/49 of 2012-13 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 12^th September, 2012.

Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 10^th January, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.5 of 2014 stands vacated.
