10. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. It has been brought to our notice that in the order dated
06.04.2023, in para-11, omissions have occurred.
3. In the third line, after the words “that they would”. The word
“not” has not been inadvertently typed. The word “not” has to be incorporated in between “they would” and “continue their marital life any longer” After such incorporation, the entire line will read as follows:
“ It has been agreed between the parties that they would not continue their marital life any longer”.

4. “Not” be incorporated accordingly by way of correction.
5. One very important line has been omitted in the same paragraph (Para-11). The said paragraph will close after the following line:
“ In view of the said settlement, the matrimonial suit being Civil Proceeding No.480 of 2015 is decreed by dissolving the marriage that was solemnized on 10.03.2010 between the parties.”
The said line be incorporated at the end of the para-11, by way of correction.
6. In the original order, the incorporations, as directed, shall be carried out by authority of this order. After incorporation, the corrected copy of the order dated 06.04.2023 along with this order, be uploaded in the High Court website forthwith.
