01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for
the State.
2. The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R.
Case No.633 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Puri, arising
out of Kanas P.S. Case No.79 of 2022 for alleged commission of offence
punishable under Section 147/148/341/324/326/354-B/294/379/506/149
of IPC.
3. Considering the nature of allegations and the submissions made
by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that on
surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner
shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on
such terms as deemed just and proper.
