“1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 9th December, 2021 after the O.A. was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.
3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up for admission after it was filed on 6.1.2014. The only date it was listed on 15.07.2014, none had appeared for the petitioner.
4. The O.A. was filed in the year 2014 when the applicant was 45 years of age, working as Assistant Teacher in Rangmundei Primary School, challenging the order dated 20.11.2013 (not enclosed to the O.A.) passed by the Deputy Director, School and Mass Education and the order dated 19.12.2013 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) issued by the District Inspector of Schools, Salipur, opposite party no.3 by which the service of the persons pursuant to 1991 selection panel was terminated.
