3. It is submitted that during pendency of this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has already approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.8162 of 2020 with a prayer for absorption in the regular establishment.
4. In view of that and without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the said Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
