“Therefore, it is prayed that, the writ petition may be admitted, the records may be called for and after hearing the parties the same may be allowed;
directing the opposite parties No.3 in particular to recommend the cases of the petitioner’s members for grant/renewal of Railway Passes as per Clause 4.7 of Annexure-5;

directing the opposite parties No.4 to act upon such recommendation;

Grant/renew their Railway Passes;
A N D
By granting any other relief(s) as found fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;
And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”
