The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 29^th June, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by the Additional District Magistrate-cum-District Registrar, Sambalpur in Misc. (Registration) Appeal Case No. 8 of 2022, whereby he confirmed the order of refusal passed by the District Sub-Registrar, Sambalpur under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908.

On 29^th July, 2022, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. Again on 24^th August, 2022, learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for adjournment. Today, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for further adjournment in the matter.

I am not inclined to adjourn the matter further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
