Defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has been complied with by learned Counsel for the Petitioner by providing second copy of the Writ Petition in Court today. Therefore, the defect to that extent be ignored.

Heard Mr. S. K. Dalei, learned for the Petitioner and Mr. A. K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate. 4. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Party No. 2 to release the admitted final bill amounting to Rs.4,78,139/- including GST in his favour within a stipulated time. 5. In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before Opposite Party No.2-The Chief Construction Engineer, Upper Indravati Project, Mukhiguda, Kalahandi vide Annexure-4, and the same may be directed to be

disposed of within a stipulated, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate, as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this Order.
