Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the opposite party stated that since the tender period has already expired, no cause of action survives for the petitioner, as she wants to extend such period.

Since the tender is of the year 2013 and the said period has already expired, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
