1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode). 2. Mr. A. Behera, learned counsel appears on instruction of Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel for the appellant.
3. We would refer our orders dated 18.02.2022 and 23.06.2022. On those occasions, none appeared for the appellant. Today, Mr. A. Behera, learned counsel on instruction of Mr. A. Tripathy has submitted that, they have no instruction from the appellant.
4. In view of this, the present appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
