Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.
Saswata Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
Mrs. Saswata Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate produces the report of the I.I.C., Binjharpur P.S. along with the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before this Court. The same be kept on record.
Mrs. Saswata Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that in the meantime, the victim girl has already been rescued from her uncle’s house at village Padinipal and her statement was recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. by a woman Sub-Inspector and under Section 164 Cr.P.C. by the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur.
In view of such development, since there remains nothing to be decided in this writ petition, the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the WPCRL is disposed of, as infructuous.
