Mr. J.Katkia, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the victim girl has been rescued and she has already married the accused-petitioner and now she is in advance stage of pregnancy.
In such view of the matter since the victim girl has already married the accused-petitioner and she has attained the age of majority in the meantime, the WPCRL has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the WPCRL is disposed of, as infructuous.
