Heard.
Perused the report submitted by the IIC, Nandapur, P.S. It is reported that the sole appellant, Sambaru Bisoi, S/o-Late-Gangadhar Bisoi, of Village-Luhaba, P.S. Nandapur, Dist.-Koraput died on 24.07.2013. None of his legal heirs coming forward to be substituted in his place to pursue the appeal.
Hence, the appeal abates as a whole and accordingly the same is disposed of as such.
