Having heard Mr. Sahoo, learned Addl.
Government Advocate, we are of the view that there is no prima facie compelling and substantial reasons to entertain this application for leave to appeal against the order of acquittal.
Hence, we are not inclined to condone the delay and allow this application for leave to appeal against the order of acquittal.
Accordingly, the I.A. is rejected.
