Perused the report of the Asst. Sub-Inspector and Investigating Officer, Bangamunda Police Station bearing on dated 13.09.2011. The victim girl has already been rescued by the Investigating Officer.
Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the afflux of time, the WPCRL might have become infructuous and be disposed of as such.
Hence, the WPCRL is disposed of as infructuous.
