Mr. K. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl has been rescued. Mr. M.S. Sahoo, learned Addl. Government Advocate also submits that he has received information that the girl has been rescued. There no cause subsists.
Hence, the WPCRL is disposed of as infructuous.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
