05. 1. Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, withdrawal memo dated 2nd November, 2021 has been filed. The memo says as under:-
“ As the government is Panchayat Raj and Drinking Water Department, Orissa has assured the petitioner M/s Krishna Tank Private Ltd. to consider its grievance and has been advised to withdraw the writ petition. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and pursue the matter with the State government with permission to re-file if necessary.”
