Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

In this writ petition, the Petitioner, seeks for a direction to the Opposite Party No.1- Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of I.D. Misc. Case No.127 of 2019 within a short stipulated time.

Considering the limited prayer of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to file an application before the Opposite Party No.1- Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar for expeditious and early disposal of the I.D. Misc. Case No.127 of 2019 within a period

of fifteen working days hence. On such an event, the Opposite Party No.1- Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar shall consider whether there is any good reason for expeditious and early disposal of the aforesaid case filed by Petitioner and if there are some good grounds, the Opposite Party No.1- Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar shall take a decision thereon subject to pendency of the cases before him/her and other legal priorities/ legal impediment, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
