Heard Mr. Suskanta Kumar Nayak (2), learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Lalatendu Samantaray, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.
In this intra Court appeal, the order passed by this Court vide order dated 09.03.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 7141 of 2021 is assailed. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we disposed of the appeal giving liberty to the appellant-Golaka Behera to file a comprehensive and properly articulated representation within 15 days before the Tahasildar, Nischintakoili-Opp. Party No.3 for redressal of his grievances.
