Heard Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners through physical mode and Mr. Amiya Kumar Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-opposite parties 1 to 4 through virtual mode.
The petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 02.12.2020 (Annexure-3) passed by the Sub-Collector, Balliguda in OLR Case No.1 of 2019 filed under Section 23(A) of the Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960 (for short ‘the Act’).
In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to seek a remedy under the provisions of the Act.
Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
Certified copy of Annexure-3 shall be returned to learned counsel for the petitioners on being substituted by photocopy thereof.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
