The petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the opposite parties 1 to 4 not to allow the conversion in respect of Plot No.1183/1571 under Khata No.382/282 to an extent of Ac.0.20 decimals, KissamSarada Jala-I of Mouza-Goudapada under Simulia Tahasil in the district of Balasore.
In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime there are certain developments in the matter. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to seek appropriate remedy under law.
With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
