Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are in possession over the land in question from the time of their ancestors, who have been allotted with the land in Sabik Khata No.24, Sabik Plot Nos.231/23, 231/24, 231/26, 231/34, 231/41 and 231/45 area about Ac. 2.75 decimals each respectively corresponding to Hal Khata No.20, Hal Plot No.250 to an extent of Ac.0.90 decimals, Hal Plot No.251 to an extent of Ac.1.25 decimals, Hal Plot No.252 to an extent of Ac.1.50 decimals, Hal Plot No.253 to an extent of Ac.2.62 decimals, Hal Plot No.254 to an extent of Ac.1.26 decimals and Hal Plot No.255 to an extent of Ac.8.75 decimals an Hal Khata No.21, Hal Plot No.202/296 to an extent of Ac.3.00 decimals of MouzaBrajabiharipur under Athgarh tahasil in the district of Cuttack. The said allotment was done by the then Darbar Administration of ex-ruler of Athagarh. But, R.O.Rs. in respect of the land in question have not yet been issued to them. In that regard, they have raised their grievances before the Tahasildar, Athagarh-opposite party No.4 by
