2. 09.03.2021 Heard Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed to restrain the Opposite Parties from evicting the Petitioner from C.S Khata No. 980, Plot No. 7584 to an extent of Ac.1.87 decimals corresponds to Hal Khata No. 1498, Hal Plot No. 3580 to an extent of Ac.0.64 decimals and Hal Plot No. 3580/3994 to an extent of Ac.1.20 decimals in mouza Bangara under Binjharpur Tahasil in the district of Jajpur.
The averments made in this writ petition do not entitle the relief sought for by the Petitioner in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, this writ petition being misconceived stands dismissed.
However, dismissal of the writ petition will not preclude the Petitioner to seek for redressal of his grievances before any competent court of law.
