4.1 If any such appeal(s), as aforesaid is/are filed, the concerned appellate Court while

considering the question of condonation of delay, shall take into consideration the fact that the matter has been pending before this Court since 15.09.2014 along with other grounds. However, it is made clear that that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
4.2 Petitioner may take return of certified copy of Annexure-2 on being substituted with an authenticated photocopy thereof.
