Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Swayambhu Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-opposite party nos.1 to 3.

The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack in taking up O.L.R. Revision Case No.1 of 2020 for admission, which is pending before him.

This Court vide order dated 25.02.2021 directed the leaned Additional Sanding Counsel for the State to take instruction in the matter.

Today, Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that the court of learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack has started functioning on virtual mode and the petitioners can participate in hearing of O.L.R. Revision Case No.1 of 2020 on virtual mode.

Mr. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no objection to appear before the learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack for hearing of the matter on virtual mode.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition with a direction that in the

event the petitioners approach the Secretary of learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack on or before 30^th March, 2021 for fixing an early date in O.L.R. Revision Case No.1 of 2020 and for providing the link to appear on virtual mode, he shall be provided with the same within a period of two days from the date of approaching the Secretary of learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack.

In order to enable the petitioners to move learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, status quo as on date in respect of suit property, i.e. Plot No.64 to an extent of Ac.0.56^1/4 out of Ac.0.60 decimals under Khata No.5, Plot No.64 to an extent of Ac.0.03¾ out of Ac.0.06 decimals under Khata No.5, Plot No.63 to an extent of Ac.0.11½ under Khata No.14, Plot No.14 to an extent of Ac.0.27 decimals under Khata No.9 and Plot No.15 to an extent of Ac.0.14 decimals under Khata No.9 in Mouza-Kapileswar in the district of Puri shall be maintained by the parties for a period of three weeks.

The interim arrangement has been made to enable the petitioners to move learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack only.
