Mr.Ganesh Prasad Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating therein that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. The same is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the State Government is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding against the petitioner for playing fraud on the Court
