26.03.2021 Heard Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Party.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet and other records in Encroachment Case No.4283 of 2020.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court vide order dated 16^th March, 2021 directed the learned counsel for the State to take instruction in the matter. Today, Mr. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State, on instruction from the Tahasildar, Danagadi, submits that the certified copies of interim orders dated 16.10.2020, 19.10.2020 and 28.10.2020 in the aforesaid encroachment case have already been granted to the Petitioner on 25^th November, 2020 vide CA No. 48 of 2020. However, the Petitioner has sought for grant of final order of the aforesaid encroachment case, which has already been prepared by the Record Keeper on 6^th January, 2021 vide CA. No.72 of 2021 for delivery to the Petitioner. Since the Petitioner did not turn up to the office of Tahasildar, Danagadi to receive the said certified copy, it could not be delivered to him.

Taking into consideration the instruction received by Mr. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the

State, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner appears before the Tahasildar, Danagadi-Opposite Party, he shall be supplied with the certified copy of the aforesaid encroachment case as sought for in the copy application.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
