Heard Mr. Karunakar Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Y.S.P. Babu, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 05.05.2012 under Annexure-5 and issue direction to the opposite parties to make the career advancement and pay fixation of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.05.1999 and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to make payment of the arrear salary of the petitioner with 12% interest within a stipulated time.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite parties vide Annexures-12 and 13, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.
Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexures-12 and 13, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.
