Heard Mr. S. Satpathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing for the opposite parties, and perused the record.
The petitioner has filed this application against non-registration of F.I.R. pursuant to complaint lodged in Annexure-1.
Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is permitted to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in view of the law laid down by the apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari V. State of U.P ., AIR 2014 SC 187.
With the above direction, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
As COVID-19 pandemic situation is continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
