In this writ petition, petitioner has a grievance involving his transfer order vide Annexure-3 at Sl.No.1, that for the transfer involved herein, petitioner, who has already reached the LevelIII Headmaster post sent to a School and is now required to work under a Level-V Teacher. It is in this view of the matter, petitioner challenged the transfer order.

Considering the submission of Mr.Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not approached to the competent authority before approaching this Court, this Court finds decision involving such matter at the first hand is required to be taken by the Block Education Officer. This Court therefore directs the Block Education Officer, Ranpur-opposite party no.4 to treat this writ petition as representation at the instance of the petitioner and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of

three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. In the meantime, if the petitioner has not been relieved vide Annexure3, he may not be relieved for a period of four weeks within which period the Block Education Officer shall take decision. 4. With the above observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
