05 . 1. This is an application for modification of order dated 01.09.2021.

2 . Considering the submission made, it is observed that the description of the court wherever reflected in the order dated 01.09.2021 as ‘Judge, Family Court, Cuttack’ be corrected and read hereafter as ‘Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak’. Further, at 28^th line of the order, the word reflected as ‘Cuttack’ be corrected and read as ‘Bhadrak’. The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.

3. I.A. thus stands disposed of.
