Heard Mr. B.B. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3-Tahasildar, Pattamundai to dispose of the demarcation application filed by him in presence of the Police Officials within a stipulated period.
In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed an application for demarcation of land before opposite party no.3-Tahasildar, Pattamundai vide Annexure-2 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the application for demarcation of land filed by the petitioner under Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy this order.
