10.02.2021 The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties, more particularly Joint Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement to condone the delay in admitting the revision petition with regard to correction of Kisam as Sarad-II (instead of road illegally carved out) in respect of Chaka Khata No. 139 against Plot No. 691 and revised ROR be published within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-4 sereis, and direction be given to the said opposite party to consider and dispose of the same.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.5 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/ authenticated copy of this order by the petitioners.

As COVID-19 pandemic situation is continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
