Mutation Appeal No.193 of 2016 under Annexure-1 to this writ petition is stated to be pending before the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar and the present writ application has been filed to target the said appeal.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ application is disposed of directing the SubCollector, Bhubaneswar – sole Opposite Party to dispose of the aforesaid appeal under Annexure- 1 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy or true soft copy of this Order available in the Orissa High Court website, provided his Board is otherwise clear to accommodate the case.

The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ application containing all the Annexures to the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar for convenience and reference to Annexure- 1.

The writ application is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25^th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15^th April, 2021.
