Non-compliance of the order of the Tahasildar by the R.I. and Amin for demarcation of a particular land issued in the year 2017 is impugned in the present writ application.
At the outset, I must say that, this Court is not there to see whether the order of the Tahasildar has been complied with by the R.I. or not. If the petitioner is so aggrieved, he may file a fresh demarcation case, as there is no bar for filing successive demarcation cases. If such demarcation case is filed within three weeks, the same be disposed of by the concerned Tahasildar within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
