Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

In this writ petition, the Petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Director of Nursing Govt. of Odisha, HOD Building, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner with regard to grant of NOC for opening of B. Sc. Nursing training programme in 2018-19 Academic Year, as at Annexure-2 within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in order to ventilate the aforesaid grievance, the Petitioner has made a representation before the Opposite Party No.2-Director of

Nursing Govt. of Odisha, HOD Building, under Annexure-2, but the same is still pending. He therefore, submits that a direction may be given to the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner at an early date.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim of the Petitioner, giving liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation before the Opposite Party No.2 within fifteen days hence along with a certified copy of the order and a copy of the brief. On such event, the Opposite Party No.2 shall consider the representation and after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner dispose of the same, within a period of forty-five days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with copy of the brief, by a reasoned and speaking order.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
