Mr. M.K. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since it is a year old case, at present he has no instructions in the matter. He therefore submitted that the matter may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
