Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned counsel for opposite party-CDA is present.
Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 and 2 to allot a piece of land in CDA, Cuttack.
On perusal of records, it is found that Cuttack Development Authority had issued a notice on 25.04.2002 under Annexure-1 with regard to cancellation of plots in favour of the allottees. As such, the petitioner has submitted an application under Annexure-2 with an endorsement of Minister, Urban Development, P.G. & P.A., Orissa for allotment of a plot in discretionary quota.
Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned counsel for opposite party-CDA contended that in the meantime the scheme of discretionary quota has been stopped.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition merits no consideration and accordingly the same is hereby dismissed.
