- The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 31st August, 1998 passed by the Tahasildar, Puri in Mutation Case No.311 1990 whereby the plea of the Shree Jagannath Mahaprabhu Bije, Marfat Managing Committee, Shree Jagannath Temple for having land in question settled in favour of the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, Managing Committee was allowed.
- While admitting the petition on 16th November, 1998, this Court stayed the aforesaid order. The said stay is continuing for the last 23 years. It was perhaps not brought to the attention of this Court and it has not been brought to Misc. No.526 of 2006 filed by the Jagannath
