This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Heard Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohapatra, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
Mr. Nayak prays that a direction be issued to the Director General of Police, Odisha, Cuttack to investigate the matter as alleged against the petitioner in Keonjhar Town P.S. Case Nos.35/2021 & 362/2020, Khandapada P.S. Case Nos.168/2020, Ramachandrapur P.S. Case Nos.199 & 222/2020 and Nandipada P.S. Case No.131 of 2020 for finding out their genuineness.
Mr. Mohapatra opposes the prayer made in the petition.
Since there exists no allegation that investigations in all the above noted cases are not being done in a proper manner, I am not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage.
Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.
Parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s Website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.3.2020 read with Notice No.4798 dated 15.4.2021.
