From the aforesaid, this Court feels that the petitioner is recalcitrant litigant and does not want to pursue the present litigation.
Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
Liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the CRLMC within a month, if the cause of action survives.
