Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 18.7.2019 issuing N.B.W. against him in connection with S.T. Case No.80/131 of 2013 pending in the court of Asst. Sessions Judge-cum-C.J.M., Nayagarh.
On consideration of the materials available on record and taking note of the fact and situation, this Court directs that if the petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin over the matter within eight weeks hence and makes a motion for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter shall release him on bail in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
With the aforesaid order, the CRLMC stands disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
