This is an application under Section 14 (A) (2) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act challenging the order dated 05.08.2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna in C.T. Case No. 549/30 of 2021 (Special Act) arising out of Th.Rampur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020 for commission of offence under Sections 417/323/493/307 of IPC read with Section 3 (2) (v) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act rejecting the bail application of the petitioner.
Mr. J.N. Panda, learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw this Criminal Appeal in order to move the learned court below afresh for bail and files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record.
Considering the said submission, the CRLA is dismissed as withdrawn.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
