The petitioners have filed this application alleging non-compliance of the order dated 20.06.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.10392 and subsequent order dated 11.09.2020 passed in CONTC No.3213 of 2020.
Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department states that the order of this Court has already been complied with and communication thereof has already been made to the petitioners.
In such view of the matter, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the communication made by the opposite parties with regard to compliance of the order passed by this Court, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
The contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
