Considering the submission made, taking into account the pandemic situation due to COVID-19 and to afford one more chance to the opposite parties, this contempt petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to comply with the order of this Court dated 6.8.2020 passed in CONTC No.1989 of 2020 involving compliance of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.9087 of 2019, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of one month provided however the order involved is not stayed by the higher forum. Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. Failure of intimation, the Registry after expiry of one more week shall initiate a suo motu contempt proceeding against the opposite partycontemnor(s) and place the matter before the assigned Bench for further action.
