ORDER 14.07.2021 Order No. This matter is taken up through video conferencing. 02. 2. Writ petition involves a direction to the opposite parties for taking necessary steps to hand over No Dues certificate and documents placed by way of mortgage involving the loan involves herein on the premises that there has already been settlement of dispute between the parties through a Lok Adalat proceeding. 3. It is in the circumstances and since this Court records the statement of the petitioner that dispute between the parties has been settled vide Annexure-2, this court disposes of the writ petition observing that for the settlement of the dispute between the parties, through W.P.(C) No.11448 of 2018 and in the event the petitioner has already complied with the direction therein available at page 12 there should not be any impediment for the grant of No Dues Certificate as well as in the release of the documents placed by way of mortgage involving such loan account. 4. Disposal of the writ application this Court directs

provided there is no other impediment there should be issue of No Objection certificate and the release of the documents under mortgage in favour of the petitioner by completing the entire exercise within a period of 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25^th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15^th April, 2021.
