In this contempt application, the Petitioner seeks to issue contempt against the Opposite Parties because of noncompliance of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.14798/2020 on 02.9.2020.

On instructions, the learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the order passed on 02.9.2020 in the aforesaid writ application shall be complied with within three months hence.

So, we dispose of the Contempt Application giving a direction to the Contemnors-Opposite Parties to comply the aforesaid order dated 02.9.2020 by 13^th December, 2021, if there is no legal impediment. The learned Addl. Government Advocate shall do well to take out downloaded copy of this order from the website and forward the same to the Opposite

Parties.
