It is submitted by Mr. Prakash Ranjan Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner that a memo has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. The memo be kept on record.
It is submitted by Mr. Tuna Sahu, learned counsel for the Bank that in the meantime, the Bank and the petitioner have arrived at a settlement under the OTS Scheme and it has been agreed that the petitioner shall deposit the balance amount on or before 30th September, 2021.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
