1. Mr. Palei, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicants and submits, there has been violation of order dated 8th December, 2017 disposing of his client’s writ petition. Mr. Mishra, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, there has been compliance communicated by letter dated 18th July, 2019. Mr. Palei submits, nothing was communicated. His client has filed additional affidavit disclosing said letter dated 8th July, 2019 upon query made under Right to Information Act, 2005.
2. Said order dated 8th December, 2017 has been quoted in the writ petition. The direction made therein is reproduced below:-

“Hence, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners.
