This IA has been filed for return of certified copy of impugned order dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division, Basudevpur in CMA No.27 of 2018 arising out of TS No.131 of 1978 (FD).
Heard.
Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed the certified copy of document under Annexure-4 shall be returned to the petitioner on being substituted by photocopy thereof within a period of three days hence.
Since the CMP has been disposed of vide order dated 09.04.2021 granting liberty to file appeal within a period of two weeks hence, time for filing of appeal is extended for another period of two weeks from today.
The I.A. stands disposed of.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned
Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
